America's pastors were once the backbone of the rebellion against tyrant King George. Now they are politically correct sickophants (no typo) who lick the boots of father state so that father state won't take their precious 501c3 tax exempt status away from them. Ergo, their "father" is no longer the Lord. They forgot the old biblical adage that you cannot serve two masters at once.
This is the reason America has progressively turned away from God, and now even those who call so loudly for a "return to Christian values" are praying at the altar of Baal while collecting tax-exempt tithes from their church members. Naturally, their church members are equally infected with this sin. Even the most "conservative" congregations routinely vote for and openly support statist tyrants who have no regard for Liberty, or for right and wrong, and who ultimately therefore, have no regard for God hiimself. "Lip service" is all they are capable off. They are quite literally sucking big government's you-know-what, and their pastors show them how to do it by example.
But we cannot blame Liberty's near-death in America on our pastors alone, for whom shall those pastors preach to if not us? WE are the ones to blame for attending their co-opted churches and supporting them financially. It is better nto to attend any church at all than to attend a church that bows to Baal. It is We who must put God first in our lives. Not convenience. Not financial success. Not "recognition" or social acceptance. Not political correctness, and most of all, not "father state", for father state is the father of lies.
